Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. So return any unused product within 30 days for a refund. For safety certification reasons we do not accept returns outside the 30 days return policy window. Exchanges are processed as returns.
Unfortunately used products, partially used products, or custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. Use available FREE SAMPLES to evaluate product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not provide return shipping labels. Please include your name and order number with return. Your return must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send returns to:

REFUNDS: Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days less any applicable restocking fee. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

RE: Wrong Address, Unable to Foward, RTS, Missing or Undeliverable as Addressed
If your order is returned to us because it is not deliverable, we reserved the right to deduct from your refund all shipping costs as they relate to your order. If an order is reported as "missing" or "not received" but the carrier reports a "delivered" status, we may reship the order immediately or process a refund within 2-5 business days after the delivery carrier’s investigation of the missing package is completed.
